Project Overview

With more than 30 years of construction experience, owner Jimmy Lehoux led the Affinity Investment Group office renovation from start to finish, coordinating the interior improvements, flooring, finish work, ceiling updates, and other construction required to refresh and modernize the existing commercial space.

The Project

Affinity Investment Group partnered with J-TEK Construction to update its existing commercial office in Exeter, NH while maintaining the established layout and architectural character of the space.

Rather than completely reconfiguring the office, the project focused on modernizing the areas employees and clients use every day. Private offices, hallways, meeting areas, and shared spaces were refreshed with new materials and finishes selected to create a more cohesive, professional working environment.

The renovation also required coordinating improvements across spaces with different flooring, ceiling configurations, existing cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and architectural details. J-TEK managed these individual elements as part of one coordinated commercial office renovation.

Construction Process

J-TEK coordinated the renovation throughout the existing office, completing interior improvements across multiple rooms and connecting spaces. The work included preparing the existing interiors for new finishes, updating flooring, refreshing walls and trim, completing ceiling and lighting improvements, and addressing cabinetry and fixture updates.

Different flooring materials were used throughout the renovated space, including commercial carpeting in private offices and wood-look flooring in hallways and common areas.
