Kivo Daily Highlights J-TEK Construction’s Commercial Renovation Work Across Southern New Hampshire
We are excited to share that J-TEK Construction has been featured in Kivo Daily. The feature explores how J-TEK is helping businesses and organizations throughout Manchester and Southern New Hampshire transform existing commercial properties into spaces better suited for how they operate today.
From healthcare facilities and professional offices to community properties and exterior renovations, the article highlights the experience, planning, and adaptability required to successfully renovate established commercial spaces.
With more than 30 years of construction experience and over 300 residential and commercial projects completed, J-TEK Construction continues to expand its commercial construction services throughout Southern New Hampshire.
Helping Businesses Get More From the Spaces They Already Have
For many established businesses and organizations, the right location is already in place. What needs to change is the property itself.
An office may no longer reflect the company operating inside it. A healthcare facility may need to accommodate new requirements. An aging commercial property may require structural improvements, updated finishes, or a more functional layout.
Commercial renovation gives businesses the opportunity to improve the properties they already have rather than starting over somewhere new.
At J-TEK Construction, our goal is to understand what is working, what needs to change, and how construction can create a space that better supports the organization moving forward.
Commercial Construction Experience Across Different Environments
One of the projects highlighted in the Kivo Daily feature is J-TEK Construction’s renovation work at Bedford Ambulatory Surgical Center.
Working within an existing healthcare environment required careful protection and containment of the construction area while sections of the corridor were opened, renovated, and restored with new ceilings, lighting, walls, flooring, and interior finishes.
The article also showcases J-TEK’s commercial office renovation for Affinity Investment Group in Exeter, where updated flooring and finishes helped modernize an established professional workspace.
In Manchester, J-TEK completed an extensive exterior deck renovation at the Palace Theatre, addressing both the underlying structure and the visible finishes while maintaining the character of the historic property.
J-TEK has also completed renovation work at St. Peter Church in Manchester, including improvements to the sanctuary and choir loft.
Each property presented a different construction environment, but all required careful planning, problem-solving, and an understanding of how the finished space needed to serve the people using it.
More Than 30 Years of Experience Behind Every Project
Owner Jimmy Lehoux brings more than three decades of construction experience to J-TEK Construction.
His background includes hands-on field work, operating heavy equipment on commercial job sites, working as a crane operator and rigger, and collaborating with contractors, estimators, and project teams.
That experience has given Jimmy a perspective that extends beyond the finished surfaces of a construction project. He understands the conditions that can emerge once work begins, the coordination required to keep a project moving, and the importance of making informed decisions throughout the construction process.
Today, that experience shapes J-TEK’s approach to commercial construction, with an emphasis on detailed planning, clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and structured project execution.
